1. PRE-RELEASE AND WAITLIST STATUS

You acknowledge that Agentrax is currently in a pre-release / development phase. By joining the waitlist:

• You are expressing interest in a product that is under active development.
• Access to the Beta program is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the Agentrax team.
• Features described on the website are subject to change based on technical feasibility and strategic pivots.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Agentrax and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both domestic and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Agentrax.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse engineer any part of the infrastructure.
• Submitting false information via our terminals.
• Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Agentrax makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

We do not guarantee that our resilience layer will prevent all errors, hallucinations, or crashes in your AI agents. We provide infrastructure, not magic.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Agentrax, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
