This Privacy Policy describes how AGENTRAX ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our website. We operate as infrastructure, not data brokers. We believe in data minimization.
1. DATA CONTROLLER
The entity responsible for the processing of your data is Agentrax.

2. DATA WE COLLECT
We currently collect minimal data necessary for the operation of our Waitlist and communication channels:
- Personal Data: Email address (voluntarily provided via our "Join the Network" terminal).
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and timestamp (processed automatically by our infrastructure providers for security and anti-spam purposes).
3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
We process your data for specific, legitimate purposes based on your consent:
- Waitlist Management: To secure your spot in the queue and notify you when the Agentrax infrastructure becomes available for Beta testing.
- Strategic Communications & Newsletter: To send relevant, developer-focused updates regarding the Agentrax ecosystem, release notes, technical insights, and roadmap expansions.
Legal Basis: Processing is based on your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a) given when submitting the form.
4. THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE
We utilize robust third-party services to handle data transmission securely. We do not host your data on vulnerable local servers.
- Formspree: Used as our backend form processor. By submitting your email, you acknowledge that the information will be transferred to Formspree in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
- Hosting Providers: GitHub Pages / Vercel (for static site delivery).
5. DATA RETENTION
Your data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined above (i.e., until the project launch or until you unsubscribe). If you withdraw consent, your data is purged from our active mailing lists immediately.
6. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)
You maintain full sovereignty over your data. You have the right to:
